We will guarantee that we'll give you our full efforts and create our best possible work! The success of each project is dependent on the combined work of our team and yours, so while we can't guarantee any specific results or outcomes, we can promise to do our part and fulfill all the responsibilities & deliverables on our end. For all booked projects, is a no-refund policy for deposits (25% of project fee). In the event that we don't align or it doesn't work out, we will only refund for payments made in advance of work that is not completed.

This package was curated after 40+ clients to include what we think, in our professional opinion, are the necessary deliverables for a brand. If you want to add on, we can discuss if it's appropriate to add to this package a la carte or to do a design day. We will not remove any deliverables, edit the timeline, or change the pricing.

I don’t offer standard discounts, as all of my packages are priced to fairly reflect the time, quality, and care that goes into my work. However, I do occasionally provide special rates for bundled services, ongoing retainer agreements, or returning client loyalty. I may also offer discounted pricing to fill last-minute openings that become available.

Of course! We LOVE to work with clients from around the world. We can accommodate a wide range of timezones and we offer multiple payment options for international currencies including PayPal and Wise.

For branding projects, you can expect to pay for things like font licenses to the foundries themselves! Besides that, there may be recommended costs like stock imagery or a Figma/Canva/Adobe subscription, but none of these additional costs will come from us.

For web projects, the costs associated with hosting and operating the website are your responsibility: domain cost, app subscriptions, hosting fees, and more.

That depends! Let us know via the inquiry form and during our consultation call and we can see if bundling those packages makes sense for both parties. We can't guarantee anything, but we always like to keep the idea open!

Due to the sprint-style of our projects, we ask that you be openly available for communication during the project work days so there are no delays in the discovery, drafting, feedback, and revision process. To do our part effectively, you'll need to fill out all questionnaires and forms in their entirety and submit all necessary materials on time and help us, help you!

For branding projects, you just need to be actively available for meetings, feedback, and communication during the 1 week process! You’ll also need to make sure you have a good grasp on your business foundation like your goals, competitors, target audience, etc.

For website projects, you’ll need to have all the content ready like photography, products, and base information to provide copy! If you don't have this ready, we'll be using fillers that you'll be responsible for replacing yourself. We'll provide you with an outline for the website page sections so we can discuss copy and provide copy prompts for you to fill them out. If you’re an ecommerce brand, having your product copy and photos ready will make our lives so much easier.

For digital and print collateral like packaging or social media content, we just need the specs like manufacturer templates or dielines, the copy, etc.

although I’d love to be able to accomodate everyone…Unfortunately, I do not offer ‘just a logo’. I do not believe one logo is enough to create a strong brand identity. instead, I offer full branding packages with brand image and impact in mind! That way your brand is cohesive all the way through!
