I strive to provide a seamless and high-quality experience. Due to the nature of custom creative services, all payments are non-refundable once the project has begun or materials have been delivered.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances beyond your or my control, such as:

• Serious personal or family emergencies

• Uncontrollable natural disasters

• Other situations of similar gravity

All requests for refunds under these circumstances will be reviewed individually. If approved, any refundable amount will be determined based on work completed, expenses incurred, and the timeline of the project at the time of the request.

My packages are carefully curated based on multiple client projects to include what I consider, in my professional opinion, the essential deliverables for a strong brand.

If you’d like to add services or customize your package, we can discuss whether it’s appropriate to add to an existing package or build a Create Your Own package.

Please note: in most cases, I do not remove deliverables, adjust timelines, or alter pricing for existing packages.

I don’t offer standard discounts, as all of my packages are priced to fairly reflect the time, quality, and care that go into my work.

That said, I occasionally provide special rates for:

• Bundled services

• Ongoing retainer agreements

• Returning clients or client referrals

Additionally, I may offer discounted pricing to fill last-minute openings if they become available.

Of course! I LOVE to work with clients from around the world. I can accommodate a wide range of time zones, and we offer multiple payment options for international currencies, including PayPal and Wise.

For branding projects, you may incur costs such as:

• Font licenses purchased directly from the foundries

• Optional items like stock imagery or Figma/Canva/Adobe subscriptions

These costs are separate from my fees and will not be covered by me.

For web projects, you are responsible for any expenses related to hosting and operating your website, including:

• Domain registration

• App or plugin subscriptions

• Hosting fees and other platform costs

Some add-ons may also have separate fees, such as:

• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds

• Extra website pages or custom features

Due to the sprint-style structure of our projects, I ask that you remain available for communication during active workdays to keep discovery, drafting, feedback, and revisions on track.

• Complete all questionnaires and forms fully

• Submit any required materials on time

All project information and resources will be accessible in your assigned client portal, making it easy to stay organized and on schedule.

Branding Projects:

• Be actively available for meetings, feedback, and communication

Website Projects:

• Have all content ready, including photography, product details, and base copy

• For e-commerce brands, having product copy and photos prepared makes the process much smoother

Digital & Print Collateral (Packaging, Social Media, etc.):

• Provide specs such as manufacturer templates, dielines, and copy

Creating a brand with just one logo is rarely enough to make a strong impact. For this reason, I generally do not offer logo-only packages.

Instead, I may offer a mini branding package focused on building a cohesive brand identity with impact—so your logo, visuals, and overall brand image work together seamlessly.

But depending on the goals and material provided, requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
